Enviable. Right in the Centre. Close to the action.

Welcome to Frauenstraße 14, in the Saxon metropolis Dresden.
This could soon be your new address: Right in the heart of the city, nestled among buildings of bourgeois Baroque art and directly opposite the world-famous Frauenkirche.

The Neumarkt with its highlights of great moments in the history of architecture and urban development was traditionally considered a coveted place of residence for the prosperous bourgeoisie, for court officials, aristocrats, teachers, merchants and tradespeople.
It is this tradition that we want to continue with the Heinrich-Schütz-Residence.

Centrally located between the Elbe and the Altmarkt square, boutiques, shops and cafés are just a few steps away. Even pharmacies, professional offices of physicians from different faculties and several banks have established themselves around the Neumarkt.
